Chanting, which is a combination of sound, breath and rhythm has great physical, mental and emotional benefits. The practice of chanting in a slow and at a fast pace in a rhythmic manner enhances respiratory capacity, produces positive energy, facilitates better focus, sharpness, grasping and memory. At Yogasannidhi we teach Vedic Chanting to everyone with no religious connotations. Chants are taught through oral recitation to students, in the traditional manner. The basic rules of chanting along with the essence of these chants will be explained during the sessions.

Classes offered at the centre can also be conducted online over the internet to participants in individual as well as in group settings.
