Our health promotion programs aim to engage and empower all individuals and communities to choose a healthy lifestyle which would enhance the quality of life, ensure optimal health and help prevent the root causes of ill-health across the life span of individuals. Our activities include
- Communication: Raising awareness about healthy lifestyle practices such as personal and environmental hygiene, quality sleep, food discipline, physical activity for the general public, especially rural and vulnerable communities through live interactions and counseling.
- Education: Empowering lifestyle changes and actions through increased knowledge obtained from our workshops, training programs, information dissemination in the form of written materials (both in the Vernacular and in English) such as pamphlets, flyers and publications on health management, disorders and their prevention.
- Yoga Practices for Mind – Body Management: Offering Yoga practices and teachings for health promotion, lifestyle modification and management, in individual as well as in group settings.
