A great way to develop overall health, join us for the Health, Fitness & Total Wellness group sessions which works on the entire body, focusing on asanas coordinated with conscious breathing techniques. Practices are given to progress steadily from dynamic postures to stay postures and vinyasa sequences synchronized with conscious breathing as one gains flexibility, strength and stamina.
Classes are offered between 6.30 – 7.30 am and 7.30 – 8.30 am.

Begin and discover your path to health, purpose and fulfillment with our Health & Total Wellbeing group sessions. This restorative practices in the evenings helps in relaxing and recharging the body by unwinding the tension and releasing the stiffness. Practices focus on gentle poses, mild stretching with conscious breathing, pranayama and meditative techniques.
