Our on-site group program for students are aimed at developing their overall health not only in terms of improving flexibility, strength and stamina but also helps improving attention, concentration and self-confidence. Our practices coordinated with conscious breathing make the students learn at a young age the technique of breathing correctly which is fundamental for the overall well-being as good breathing affects movement, posture and the ability to handle anxiety and stress in a positive manner.
